Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

It is quite literally my favourite spa to visit. You feel like you’re stepping into another world, though it’s right on my doorstep. The heated massage tables are absolute bliss and help me relax even more. Holly always gives a fabulous massage and this time I indulged in a facial. Great explanation of what products would be used after discussing my skin type and even gave me some free samples to try at home. I love that there was no pressure to try and force the products on me. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was nervous about trying a new spa and this was my first couples massage with my husband. I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would be able to fully relax. However the ladies were both incredible and from entering the door to leaving it was a completely relaxing experience. I felt relaxed instantly and very quickly felt myself dozing off. The spa has a relaxing and calming environment throughout. Definitely will be returning.

It was excellent. My wife and I both had a full body massage which started with a foot soak and wash and treatment which I hadn't expected ! The experience was very relaxing. It was a one off visit as we were on a holiday nearby at Swanborough lakes lodges but if we come back, we would definitely come here again for this treatment. I recommend this spa.
