Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

It is quite literally my favourite spa to visit. You feel like you’re stepping into another world, though it’s right on my doorstep. The heated massage tables are absolute bliss and help me relax even more. Holly always gives a fabulous massage and this time I indulged in a facial. Great explanation of what products would be used after discussing my skin type and even gave me some free samples to try at home. I love that there was no pressure to try and force the products on me. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was invited to try the Nourish HeadSpa at ILO HeadSpa in Lewes and it was amazing. Hannah is so calm and skilled, using just the right pressure with tools like a jade comb and scalp exfoliant. The treatment included a deep cleanse, serums, conditioning mask, and finished with a soft blow-dry. The spa is beautiful and serene. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, calming experience!

Very professional and lovely women... the treatment was very relaxing and was my first time getting a Japanese head spa treatment.. it was amazing.. she's got a very soft and nurturing touch that puts you right at ease and applies just the right pressure for you! Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

Just WOW! This was my first ever head spa which my Boyfriend bought me for my Birthday and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and my hair feels lush. Hannah is so talented, friendly and welcoming I couldn’t recommend more! 🥰

This is my 4th visit at Ilo Head Spa and today I got to experience the new facial massage together with a dry head spa and it has just become my new favourite. Hannah is a natural and I have left feeling relaxed, restored and grounded. Highly recommend.

Amazing spa experience! Could be the most relaxed I’ve ever been! Great ambience and amazing quality of the treatment! Just what I needed after a set of night shifts ◡̈ would definitely recommend! More men should go to these type of things!!

I had the most relaxing experience this week at ILO Head Spa with the lovely and talented Hannah! I had the Restore treatment—an hour and a half of PURE bliss. Hannah used a variety of techniques and tools, including a deep cleanse, combing, massage, oils, and the incredibly relaxing sensation of warm water running over your head, leaving me completely zen and grounded. The space and music was calming and comfortable, and even days later, my hair and scalp feels amazing. Highly recommend, especially if you love simply having your hair brushed, head massages, and hair washed—this is next-level!

Excellent on all levels!! Facial was specially built around the needs of my face and so relaxing too. Shellac mani with a twist of sparkle…what is there not to like about that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As always, the welcome, treatments and relaxing atmosphere were perfect. We are so lucky to have such a high-quality spa with such a good variety of treatments and excellent therapists local to us in Lewes.

It was an amazing experience. So relaxing and my scalp and hair feel so good even 3 days later and two washes. The massage itself is soothing and I nodded off a couple times. Highly recommend a visit, really great as a birthday treat or gift. Will deffo return. Thanks Hannah!
