This was my second time seeing Bertie and again she made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed about my skin (and lack of skin care routine). She recommended some products to get me on a personalised skincare journey and I look forward to seeing the results, hopefully in time for summer! I had a facial and left feeling glowing and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Bert to anyone looking improve their skin.

I went to Skye for a Hydrofacial. The room was warm & inviting. Skye explained everything to me about the treatment & other treatments available. It was relaxing & my skin was glowing afterwards. She has a natural gift for massage & I look forward to going again. The price was very reasonable.

Had an amazing Hyrdrafacial with Dermaplaning and Microneedling. The communication from Skye before my appointment was brilliant and during my treatment she explained everything. Skye was lovely and so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A really relaxing treatment and skin feels great, I have already booked in for my next one.

The only place I’ve ever gotten a wax, and I keep going back. Chrystal is such a welcoming therapist who makes me feel so relaxed even when waxing is not the most enjoyable experience. Also my eyebrows stay laminated longer than anywhere else I’ve ever been. 10/10 all round

Roberta is very professional, welcoming, and really knows what she is doing, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire facial treatment. Skye was really welcoming, felt relaxed and at ease. Skye was really informative explaining benefits of each part of the facial. The hydrofacial is amazing, my skin hasn't felt this good, clean and glowing in such a long time. The microneedling I found quite therapeutic. I'm already looking forward to going back.
