I can honestly say this is one of the loveliest beauty therapy experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, you feel instantly relaxed—Toni has such a warm, calming presence which puts you completely at ease. The treatments are amazing—both results-driven and deeply relaxing. I’ve been coming to Hair by Hong, Oakleigh for over a year now and this is the only salon I come to while living in Melbourne. I have pretty thin Asian-style hair and I personally feel this is the only place who understands how to handle and cut my hair to my style/taste! My hairstylist is Bella, and she is amazing, always knows what I need! My experience has always been fantastic- from the front of house greetings, hair washed, and cut. It has been nothing short of professional and I always feel welcome. Such a friendly, comfortable, chic, & professional ambience and team!

Thank you so much to Dabin, the hair designer, for giving me an amazing first-ever bleaching experience and such a great hairstyle. Since it was my first time, I was actually hesitant even on the day and considered not going through with it. But Dabin gave me confidence and trust in the process, which helped me make the decision. A great experience. Professional, clean and calm. My remedial massage therapist found all the spots and worked on them well. Finishing off with oil and a more gentle massage left me relaxed too. And an added bonus claimed on my Extras Health Benefits on the spot. Would recommend.
