I had such an amazing experience at the head spa! The entire one-and-a-half-hour session was incredibly thorough, and you can really tell how much care and attention goes into every step. The massage was so relaxing and detailed — exactly what I needed in the lead-up to my wedding. It was the perfect way to unwind and de-stress. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves!

I had the most incredible experience at M Kami Japanese Head Spa Balwyn. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed into a calm designed space that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The treatment itself was absolute bliss. The scalp massage, hot towels, warm water therapy and nourishing hair treatments left me feeling completely refreshed and renewed. My experience was amazing. This was my first time at a head spa and it was honestly one of if not the best experiences I’ve had. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and my therapist, Maria, is amazing at her job.
