The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I highly recommend Sanya Spa after the outstanding experience I had today, indeed I am immediately rebooking further treatments. I tried a delux mani/pedi combination and very much felt I had visited a day spa as opposed to a beautician (the design is both elegant and classy). The owner’s ethos is to bring a touch of glamour to New Malden but at accessible prices and this is certainly achieved. There are some incredible summer introductory offers at the moment which I suggest you take advantage of, in particular a gold facial that promises to give you a youthful glow.

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Hollie pointed out the areas where I had a build up of crystals which shows areas of the body that need attention and she immediately identified the lower back region where I had pain.
