I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. I recently had the 60-minute Deep Bespoke Facial with Lauren , and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a mum of four, a bit of peace and time to myself is all I ever ask for, and this treatment gave me exactly that!! The whole experience was so relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, glowing, and so soft afterwards . You can really tell how much care, attention, and knowledge goes into the treatment . Not only did I leave feeling pampered, but I also felt completely recharged mentally. The atmosphere was perfect !

I was so nervous getting my Korean lash lift and tint as I wasn't keen on keeping my eyes closed for such a long time, and I'd had a terrible experience at another salon!.But Michelle made me feel completely at ease, she talked through absolutely everything that was going on, and the time whizzed by. Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy.
