I have just moved after being at another so called " top" salon in the Ferry and so glad I moved. Its the best and most thorough wax I have had in a very long time, no missed patches as was a regular occurance at my previous salon and having to go home and tidy up. Very gentle healing music in background rather than a variety of piped pop music which wasn't always my taste. Tuned in staff, I had a coughing fit whilst I waited and was immediately brought a glass of water. No being led through a tipping point in the pay machine. I tipped because I wanted to not because I felt I was obliged too.

I came for a facial and was so so pleased with the whole experience. My skin looked and felt unreal afterwards, my face was so glowy. Will definitely be back, highly recommend Ava such a lovely girl and makes you feel so welcome in the salon.

Identity beauty salon is like my second home. From walking through the door you feel special and well looked after. I had an awesome pedicure, hot stones massage and mini Indian massage from Megan and now feel very relaxed and unwinding. So if you want to be pampered and relax and unwind then this is the place to come. Great experience.

I’ve been using Identity beauty Salon for a few years now and can highly recommend. You are welcomed as soon as you enter the door by any of the staff. I had a good pampering of a pedicure, hot stones massage and facial and Megan was highly professional in carrying out all of these treatments. Identity is by far the best beauty salon in broughty ferry so can highly recommend them. So treat yourself.

It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Had the best facial from AVA today she has the room so chilled and relaxed tells u step by step what she doing ,very nice / friendly / caring / easy listening staff in this Salon it has been my place to go to for all my pamper sessions from facials / nails / eyebrows. My skin actually feels AMAZING so fresh / clean smelling good much more shine to it as facial has got rid of all dead cells too . Thanks very much again to AVA see you soon 👏👏👌👍
