I came for a facial and was so so pleased with the whole experience. My skin looked and felt unreal afterwards, my face was so glowy. Will definitely be back, highly recommend Ava such a lovely girl and makes you feel so welcome in the salon.

I had the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage with an Express Facial treatment which was brilliant. I felt so relaxed and Natalie was so friendly and kind. The massage was lovely, my back and shoulders feel much less tense now. The facial made my skin feel really hydrated & soft. Also, all of the products used smell so nice. Overall a great first experience!

I have just moved after being at another so called " top" salon in the Ferry and so glad I moved. Its the best and most thorough wax I have had in a very long time, no missed patches as was a regular occurance at my previous salon and having to go home and tidy up. Very gentle healing music in background rather than a variety of piped pop music which wasn't always my taste. Tuned in staff, I had a coughing fit whilst I waited and was immediately brought a glass of water. No being led through a tipping point in the pay machine. I tipped because I wanted to not because I felt I was obliged too.

Wonderful way to spend a Sunday starting with a Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. The Comfort Zone Signature facial was gorgeous. Ilyana is professional and has a lovely technique. Treated myself to a little mini skincare kit too. Have booked my next treatment which I look forward to.

I’ve been using Identity beauty Salon for a few years now and can highly recommend. You are welcomed as soon as you enter the door by any of the staff. I had a good pampering of a pedicure, hot stones massage and facial and Megan was highly professional in carrying out all of these treatments. Identity is by far the best beauty salon in broughty ferry so can highly recommend them. So treat yourself.

Always friendly, professional and reliable. Chloe has never cancelled an appointment in the 12 years i've been going to her. I'm always really happy with the results. Gillian has done my facials and again always friendly, professional and reliable. So relaxing and well worth every penny. I'll be joining the Facial Club so i'll take the time out for me and also save some money, win win.

Had the best facial from AVA today she has the room so chilled and relaxed tells u step by step what she doing ,very nice / friendly / caring / easy listening staff in this Salon it has been my place to go to for all my pamper sessions from facials / nails / eyebrows.
