It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

I have just moved after being at another so called " top" salon in the Ferry and so glad I moved. Its the best and most thorough wax I have had in a very long time, no missed patches as was a regular occurance at my previous salon and having to go home and tidy up. Very gentle healing music in background rather than a variety of piped pop music which wasn't always my taste. Tuned in staff, I had a coughing fit whilst I waited and was immediately brought a glass of water. No being led through a tipping point in the pay machine. I tipped because I wanted to not because I felt I was obliged too.

Identity beauty salon is like my second home. From walking through the door you feel special and well looked after. I had an awesome pedicure, hot stones massage and mini Indian massage from Megan and now feel very relaxed and unwinding. So if you want to be pampered and relax and unwind then this is the place to come. Great experience.

I had the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage with an Express Facial treatment which was brilliant. I felt so relaxed and Natalie was so friendly and kind. The massage was lovely, my back and shoulders feel much less tense now. The facial made my skin feel really hydrated & soft. Also, all of the products used smell so nice. Overall a great first experience!

Wonderful way to spend a Sunday starting with a Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. The Comfort Zone Signature facial was gorgeous. Ilyana is professional and has a lovely technique. Treated myself to a little mini skincare kit too. Have booked my next treatment which I look forward to.

The professionalism of all the staff are great and friendly staff. I work offshore oil and gas so I have a pedicure and deep tissue massage completed shortly after coming back home and a week before going back to work to make me relaxed and ready to go again. I really enjoyed my massage with Ann. I tried for the first time cupping as I had discomfort in my shoulder due to a sore elbow. The cupping and massage really helped. Ann also gave me suggestions on how to maintain mobility in my shoulder. I’m already booked in for reflexology and really looking forward to this.
