It was my first time at Afina Hair and Beauty for a balayage, and I absolutely loved it! I was unsure about choosing the right toner, but Libby suggested a shade that perfectly matched my natural hair and skin tone. She explained every step, gave great aftercare tips, and styled my hair beautifully. We talked the whole time - it was never boring! Libby is a gem, so talented and friendly. I’m completely addicted to my new look and will definitely be back!

Nice facial - a little disappointed to be left alone for 20mins during face mask drying. At other beauty salons I usually receive a head or shoulder massage during this period rather than laying alone. Not the full hour “treatment” I was looking forward to.

Very positive experience at Akemi Spa this afternoon- as always. The atmosphere is so relaxing, lovely comfie seating for the gel pedicure I had. An almost overwhelming number of colours to choose from!! Highly recommend a trip to Kelly & the gang for all your beauty/pampering needs ❤️

Very friendly and inviting, salon is clean and relaxing. I was made to feel welcome and at ease on arriving and offered a selection of hot and cold drinks. Staff were so lovely and friendly and Jess did such a lovely job of my nails. Jess was a lovely lady can’t wait to go back.

Really beautiful relaxing salon. The nail tech I had (can’t remember her name sorry!) was really patient with me picking colours and did a lovely job. Topped off with a little hand massage. Just what I needed! Thank you, to quote Arnie… I’ll be back.

Bekah has been doing my beauty for years. She’s great at what she does. She’s also kind, generous and really good company. Two hours well spent this morning!

Rachael is so friendly and welcoming but also very professional. She is excellent at what she does and it’s a pleasure to visit her little salon. My little tattoo is beautiful and I’m sure I’ll be back for some permanent make-up in the near future too. Thank you Rachael!

I love coming to Rachel’s salon. It’s only the second time I’ve been but I feel we are like old friends. So much to catch up on. Mostly though, she takes 100% care of you. I’m having my brow colour lifted so I can have “hair strokes”. The procedure was absolutely fine and I can’t wait to have my new brows done by Rachel when we have got all the old ink out of my skin! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, genuinely. BIG thanks Rachel.
