Effective immediately, a 50% fee will be charged for all cancellations and no-shows on the day of your booked appointment if you do not attend or cancel without a valid reason. This policy is necessary due to a recent increase in missed appointments. Additionally, please note that all tinting, lash lifts, and eyelash extensions require a 48-hour patch test for both new and existing clients if you have not had the treatment within six months. Lastly, do not visit the salon if you have COVID-19 symptoms.
