Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. An absolute investment worth spending on yourself. He’s a man mountain who knows his craft and practice what he preaches. Super friendly and very approachable.

Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophie!

I booked a massage with Kimberly after weeks of marathon training and a hectic routine where recovery had definitely slipped to second place. Kimberly listened carefully to what I was struggling with and spent the entire session focusing exactly on the areas I needed. I walked out feeling those seriously sore muscles already softer and relieved. I’ll definitely be booking more sessions throughout my training. When life gets busy, these recovery moments are truly priceless. Highly recommend!

Great workout when personal training this morning with Joe. Joe is the owner of the gym and is very focussed on all of his clients when 'p/t'. My strength and muscle mass has improved over the years training with Joe and then undertaking personal training at Natural Strength. Strength training helps the mind and ensures happiness. Whatever age you are, come in and be stronger and happier. Wendy

There is no place like Sôlt Haus. The beautiful ambience and how welcomed I feel when I step through the doors. The hygiene is immaculate. The salt sauna is so relaxing and feels great for my muscles after a gym session. Highly recommend.

I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

The experience in the Arctic Room is out of this world! I have been benefiting from the "Cryo" experience for over two years now, here in Sydney and in Europe. The clinic in Double Bay is at least a few steps above any other clinic I have been to - congrats to Regina and Johanna for bringing these high quality equipment to Sydney, feeling grateful to have met Anna (Double Bay clinic), Deanne and Anastasia (Strathfield clinic) - excellent customer service, going above & beyond to ensure the clients are having the best experoence possible. I always feel very zen after 3 mins in the Arctic room!

I can’t recommend P.W.N. highly enough. I originally started after a back injury caused by heavy lifting at the gym, on the recommendation of my chiropractor—and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my recovery and overall health. From the very beginning, Tash was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me rebuild strength safely. She took the time to understand my injury, limitations, goals, and tailored every session to suit me. What really stands out is her ability to challenge you while ensuring you’re always moving correctly & safely.

Yim really had a workout giving me my massage this afternoon. The whole hour was deep tissue massage like no other that I’ve had before. From fingers to toes and all in between, I have never had such a comprehensive and vigorous message before. I definitely rate Yim’s massage as 5-stars.

Amazing experience with Safron, she is wonderful and really knows what she’s doing due to her full sports massage therapy training. Quite possibly the best sports massage I’ve ever had. I suffer with tight ITB’s and instantly felt relief after visiting SN. Would highly recommend and I will absolutely be visiting regularly, reasonably priced too for the quality of massage. I love this gym. I've increased my muscle strength and by undertaking weight and strength training I've increased bone density. I also have better stability and core strength. This gym is great for 'older' people as well, I'm 70 years old and can carry out daily routines easily - including keeping up with the grand children.

Love Nimbus Co- Bondi! I have been to a few infrared saunas in Sydney but this is my favourite. They are individual rooms you can go with 2-3 people in and have private showers there too. With changing Colours and iPad for music it has everything you need.

The best wellness area in Sydney 😍 the new LED light in the infrared sauna is amazing game changer and I love being able to play music in the traditional sauna too! The most wonderful and calming environment. 100/10
