I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. This was my first time and first massage. Ellie was amazing, she met me outside and was very welcoming, asked me a few medical questions. I opted for the medical manual release massage as I had a really bad shoulder after a recent injury. Ellie fixed that right up for me. That and the massage was amazing, I’ll definitely be going back.

Always very tailored to specific needs. Also a Beautiful studio space, Ellie is warm and relaxed
