I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

Lovely service! Everyone is so nice! I loved the coffee and the welcoming atmosphere. My hairdresser has golden hands! She gave me exactly what I asked for in terms of my hairstyle. I highly recommend this salon, I’m so happy with my haircut and my blowout, will definitely come back here again.

Another great visit!! My daughter absolutely loves her curly hair short and Crissel delivers each and every time making my daughter extremely happy. As long as we live in New York and Crissel is in business we will always book with her.

I walked into the salon today 7.14.26 extremely nervous because it's been over 8 years since I have done my hair professionally. Jahlena was amazing as my hair stylist and Stephenie was an absolute sweetheart as the assistant. Jahlena was attentive and honest, steering me in the right direction. Stephenie was sweet, kind put me at ease (she made me a cup of tea 🙂). I definitely recommend H2 Salon if you are looking for a professional, clean and respectful hair salon. Since I now reside in California and visit NY twice a year, I will be getting my hair done at H2 Salon whenever I'm in NY. ♥️♥️

Best haircut I've ever had. Rosemarie has magic scissors. I don't usually leave a hair salon feeling confident. I have very thick, wavy/curly hair & there have been too many botched haircuts to count. It's not unusual for me to end up fixing my own hair at home. This time was different. Rosemarie instantly became my go-to girl.

Very nice experience for a haircut. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted did exactly that. It didn't take very long and she did a great job. Reasonable price for the service that I got. Loved it!

Love, love, love this place!!! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the salon super clean. Crissel, Rosey and Kim are the best!! They actually listen and understand what you want and never disappoint. My stylist is Rosey and she is absolutely amazing with color!!!

Marq is the TRUTH!!! A master at his craft from cutting to styling and color omgosh he's THE BEST for me!!! The salon is very clean, atmosphere is a vibe good music and great people. All stylist are great at what they do. Book your appointment NOW you will not be disappointed.

Always above and beyond experience! Expect the most professional of spa services, from laser hair removal, hair color, brow styling, special events makeup, mani-pedicure, the best, BEST!!! Do not fear any services. Trained technicians make the cut here. Clientele’s discerning eye demands as such. The front desk says it all, beginning to end, FLAWLESS!!! Nataliya is my go to mani-pedi. Will be doing laser and share feedback! Hair stylist is also another on my list, very busy is a sign of success!!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hair Stylist, Alla, was very professional and gave me a beautiful root touch up which completely covered my stubborn gray hairs and and excellent haircut. She discussed my texture and options for minimizing frizz for this haircut and in the future.

It was my first time in this salon and I was quite nervous to get a haircut because of how long my hair was and to how short i wanted it. And especially since I have curly hair. I felt completely welcomed and was complimented left and right and I never felt happier in a gorgeous hair salon. I love my hair, I love my stylist. if I had to rate it from a scale of 1-10 it would be a 12/10! I will be coming back!

This review is looong overdue. I’ve been coming to this salon since 2021. I use to live 30 mins away from this place and even now as my commute is 1 hr 30 mins on the train - the experience here makes it worth it. I get my haircuts/blow out with Rosie. She’s awesome!! My mom occasionally gets her hair cut here also and each stylist has done a good job. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
