Paula was so lovely. My first time coming here/ finding a hairdresser in Bournemouth to go. I’ve always been scared to try somewhere new. However, the minute I went there it was perfect. I love all the flowers and decorations in Redlocks, I think it’s really nicely designed and everyone is so welcoming. One of the best haircuts and dye that I’ve had and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be coming back here when it needs doing again x I really love it thank you🩷

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Gemma is a fantastic hairdresser, I have been going to her for many years and my daughter loves having her haircut by Gemma. She is such a perfect perfectionist and always works to a really high standard. She is friendly approachable knowledgeable and very accommodating. I constantly get comments on how lovely my colour looks, every time I ask for something she does it exactly as I imagine. I highly recommend her.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Michael today. I came in feeling really unhappy with my haircut and colour after having it done abroad, and he completely transformed my hair. He really listened, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered beyond my expectations. I absolutely love my new hair. It’s so hard to find someone you genuinely trust with your hair, but Michael made me feel completely confident from start to finish. He went above and beyond, and I’m so happy I found him. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10
