Very tranquil atmosphere. Staff are so helpful and guide you. Really enjoyed my session and felt amazing afterwards. Looking forward to my next visit to continue with my road to recovery.

Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

Had a deep tissue/sports massage and it was exactly what was needed to help fatigued legs.

Great facility for wellbeing, recovery and performance

As always I walked in feeling drained and left feeling uplifted. Jane is magic she is so kind & gentle and always creates a relaxing atmosphere. I don’t just feel physically better but emotionally and mentally more lifted.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Charlie. He was highly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to work through the tension without ever making it uncomfortable. The pressure was perfect, and he checked in throughout to make sure everything felt right. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely restored. One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Charlie!

As always once again thank you charlie for the amazing massage which was much needed today as I needed to de stress today and it done me the world of good. Also thanks for the work on the tennis elbow oh and golfers elbow. Charlie is amazing at what he does please if you have not tried him then do.so you won't be disappointed.
