This was my second visit to Dr Stretch, and as a fitness instructor who relies on my body for work, regular sports massages are essential for my recovery and performance. I had a wonderful session with Alex, who skillfully stretched and manipulated my rotator cuff and the muscles in my neck and upper back, helping to ease tension from a previous injury. I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!

David is amazing! This was my first visit to Dr. Stretch for a stretch/massage appt, and I was so impressed with his knowledge, skills, communication and help. David provided a very good deep tissue massage. He was nice and polite and recommended some stretching excecise for me to perform at home. The place is spotlessly clean. Everything looks modern and new, wooden and black. They have a fully equipped gym too. And very important: the bed, also of a modern design, had extra padding around the face area to make it totally comfortable when you are facing down during the massage.

I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.

During the appointment, they also took time to examine my foot, explain the condition, and suggest the best treatment plan and exercises.
