Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Picaso Nail Salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Andrea did my nails, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and cleaned and shaped my nails perfectly. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. This was my first visit to the salon, and I can honestly say it won’t be my last. Picaso will definitely be my regular nail salon from now on. Highly recommend Andrea.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been for both manicure and pedicure — they always do an amazing job. My nails have never felt so fresh and beautiful! I had an incredible experience at the beauty spa with a pedicure and nail extensions! The pedicure service was so thorough - they took their time scrubbing, massaging, and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. And the nail extensions? Absolutely stunning! Paige, the nail tech, is incredibly talented and creates the most amazing designs. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Chloe was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and very patient! She was very focussed on her work, super gentle with the tools and made sure to check in with me on the progress of my nails !! I changed my mind on a 3d art for a few nails and she willing removed it and started the process all over again on going cat eyes for all. I felt bad but she was super understanding and kind about it. Thank you Chloe for such an amazing experience :) would definitely recommend - most gentle nail tech I've ever had

I had the chance to work with three techs (two for my nails, and one for my lashes) and everyone was lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. My deluxe pedicure and bio gel set are perfect! The only issue was communication about my lash lift and tint. As it was my first time, I made sure to mention that, but I wasn’t asked how much lift I wanted. The tech chose a very subtle lift, and I would have chosen maximum lift if I’d known there were different options. I feel like I paid for a service with very little visible difference which is really disappointing.

After 3 months of not having a manicure I treated myself to one today and Claudia did a great job. Took care of my dry cuticles and my nails and hands look well taken care again. Such a pleasant environment from the friendly owner to her staff. The spa is always clean and smells so fresh. Thank you !

I’ve had bio gel on my nails for years now, and wanted them off so I can let my nails breathe. Zoe did a fantastic job of removing the bio gel, she was precise, but gentle not to damage my nails. I also got the deluxe manicure, which, if you have not had I recommend. Overall, I left very happy!! Thank you Zoe! For the wonderful care and job you did!

Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.
