I’ve had facials in Milan. London and Tokyo but nothing compares to Carmel’s facials at Renew Spa in New York City! The results are amazing due to her knowledge, experience and technique! You look and feel amazing!

Carmel is a gift that I have cherished for years. She has the magic touch to bring vibrancy and youth to my skin. My face GLOWS after Carmel works up her potions, masks, steam, massage, and red lights. After traveling, working, savoring a few cocktails, skiing in the bitter cold and sunbathing in the summers, she erases any trace of the years of fun I have had! Carmel is the best in the business.

This place is beautifully decorated. There is so much attention to detail in how you are treated and made comfortable. Tiffany was excellent! I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. My scalp feels amazing and so clean. My hair smells great and feels so soft. It was such a wonderful experience and a great way to treat myself.

I had a mani-pedi appointment with my cousin. We enjoyed the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My cousin loved the spa pedicure service and Briana did an amazing job on my nail design.

Love treating myself to a spa pedi (grapefruit white) it smells and feels so good. Mandy is professional, friendly and does a great job. I highly suggest a massage and callus treatment, her attention to detail is unmatched. Really happy with the results and how pampered I feel after my service.

My second time at the location. I appreciate all the covid precautions and how clean everything is. My nail beds are still damaged from another salon I visited and appreciate my nail tech honesty. One thing I would provide some feedback on is the 10 min massage. It felt more like a rub than a massage. My nails came out perfect but I did have to point out 2 nails that needed more coats. Which wasn't a big deal & the nail tech was very nice. I will continue to visit the location and look forward to being a client.

Everyone at Kaie Head Spa is excellent! They are friendly, kind and attentive. I left feeling fantastic and my hair is healthier and fuller after following their advice. This is a must do for anyone looking to relax and get healthier hair out of it!

The tech was great wonderful massage however myself and the client who came in around 230 sitting next to me for pedicure was rude and obnoxious talking in her phone out loud w earpiece. I had to say something to hm her to turn it off and she became hostile, I would have preferred the staff telling her. She ruined a relaxing experience

I felt so relaxed and I loved the fact that I didn't feel rushed, everyone was so welcoming and kind. I've never had a regular pedicure with such a thorough scrub massage & hot stone. Hot stone was my favorite part.

Loved the attention to detail for my manicure, Sophia did a great job cleaning my cuticles and making sure that each nail had the same shape. Mandy was amazing! The 10 minute massage (an add on) was exactly what my pedicures have been missing in the past. I’ve missed coming to the nail salon and their Covid protocols are seamless, effective and efficient. Love the friendliness of the staff and the relaxing atmosphere.
