It's a very nice facility. And Diego put me right at ease. The treatments were excellent, far surpassing similar treatments I've had elsewhere. If I lived in New York, I'd become a regular customer for sure!!

Great experience! The spa atmosphere is so relaxing, welcoming, and so clean. The staff is very friendly. I had a four hand massage and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a spa. Definitely coming back. Tom and Daniel are just amazing and know exactly how to make you feel good.

I’d come back again here @ Escape! Victor gave me a very good deep tissue massage and Manager Tim was cordial and welcoming as I had arrived earlier for my appointment and he situated my waiting time favorably. Environment was clesn and relaxing! A great escape indeed!

Just had the most amazing spa experience with Diego! I did the massage, scrub combo, and facial, and every part of the service was incredible. My girlfriend and I enjoyed an excellent couple massage here (we did the combo massage). The staff was accommodating and thoughtful, ensuring that we were comfortable as we got set up. The massage was even better, with both of us receiving treatments that had us feeling 100% afterwards. I'd recommend this place and will plan to return again. Cartoon is really a great therapist. She’s very considerate, knowledgeable, and always checks in. I came in for a 2 hour Thai Combination massage and it was fantastic. I came out stretched, with better posture . The Thai Combination massage is really great if you don’t feel up to the full Thai massage, but want to be stretched while also getting a relaxing massage. Once again, I highly recommend. 10/10 for Luxsa and 10/10 for Cartoon. Also 10/10 for the receptionist who remembered me from my last visit over a month ago. Thanks for a great massage and I’m looking forward to my next one.

Jesse was just amazing! I booked to have some waxing done in some sensitive areas, then a relaxing massage afterwards. Jesse was great to prepare me for the waxing. He helped make it less painful. And Jesse’s massage was amazing!

Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this couples massage my wife and I got at Luxsa Spa. For my wife, she said it was the best massage she’s ever had. The pressure was perfect the entire way through. We got a combo deep tissue/Thai massage at the recommendation of our masseuse and it’s kind of the only way I want to get a massage going forward. This was the perfect start to our Manhattan day and I recommend it to any and everyone looking for the best massage possible in New York City!

This is a wonderful salon. The stylists are friendly and clearly know their trade. I have been seeing Myriam le Gal for many years and people sometimes stop me on Madison Avenue to compliment my hair. I even have a friend who flies into New York from Mexico to have Myriam do her magic.

Why go to a chiropractor when you can come to Luxsa Thai Spa? After one session, I can say that this is my new go-to spa in New York City. Very authentic. I was lucky to do a 90-minute session with Pauline. She works so hard on your body that she’s glistening by the end of the session. She moves the limbs in ways that we don’t move them on a daily basis and should, promoting blood flow to neglected areas and facilitating cracks from muscle releases. 60 minutes isn’t enough. You definitely need 90 minutes. Book with no concerns.
