Carmel is a gift that I have cherished for years. She has the magic touch to bring vibrancy and youth to my skin. My face GLOWS after Carmel works up her potions, masks, steam, massage, and red lights. Her hands were amazing including pressure! I believe that she was born to be a massage therapist! Just a bit more conversation before start session. I wasn’t expecting abdominal massage and couldn’t mention my spider vein or stiffness areas also It was not setup table heat and music.

I had a mani-pedi appointment with my cousin. We enjoyed the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My cousin loved the spa pedicure service and Briana did an amazing job on my nail design.

Love treating myself to a spa pedi (grapefruit white) it smells and feels so good. Mandy is professional, friendly and does a great job. I highly suggest a massage and callus treatment, her attention to detail is unmatched. Really happy with the results and how pampered I feel after my service.

My second time at the location. I appreciate all the covid precautions and how clean everything is. My nail beds are still damaged from another salon I visited and appreciate my nail tech honesty. One thing I would provide some feedback on is the 10 min massage. It felt more like a rub than a massage. My nails came out perfect but I did have to point out 2 nails that needed more coats. Which wasn't a big deal & the nail tech was very nice. I will continue to visit the location and look forward to being a client.

My entire first experience with Carmel was absolutely wonderful. She explained every step along with the science behind each ingredient. She was gentle, meticulous and charming - and I left feeling like I looked years younger! Im definitely going back!

The experience is always amazing. However, my calls still cannot go through. I’ve shared this with the staff members many times, but whenever I call, it immediately goes to voicemail. I’ve asked multiple times for this to be looked into. It's very frustrating.
