Visited Lauren for a Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage which may help with Long Covid fatigue. Lauren is friendly and professional and really knows her stuff. With so much misinformation out there, Laurens's approach is based on science and study, which I greatly value. Lauren is an amazing therapist, very welcoming and always offering ideas on exercises to improve mobility and prevent muscle tightness. It’s like walking on air when you come out from a massage session thank you.

Charley made me feel very comfortable and overed excellent advice. The massage was superb.

Excellent session with Gareth, problem with my hip was diagnosed then had a good massage session stretching the muscle in question. Detailed follow up exercises emailed to me after the session.

Great support, I had a shoulder injury, the exercises recommend improved my mobility and within 3 weeks I was able to go back mountain biking as usual. This was almost after 5 maybe nths of trying different massage, other physio with no success. I had exercises and acupuncture session, which really helped.
