I've never experienced anything quite like the intraoral holistic massage I had tonight - in the best way! My face, jaw and upper lip feel entirely different, like I can smile again, and my head and neck feels very loose and free. Shalini has a very unique energy full of vibrancy and bounce and I enjoyed the way she respected the massage as a ritualistic healing process and brought her yogic experience into the facial practice. She was very welcoming, warm and relaxing and explained the intraoral element carefully which helped me relax into the treatment. Sending positive vibes to Shalini!

Fantastic again few sessions now and getting to the bottom of the problem. Ben always listens to my opinions on my injuries. Always helps to find a way to help me improve. Wether it be from sports massage or exercise and training advice. We wanted to work on strengthening muscles. Due to a latex allergy I’ve never been able to use bands. Ben went above and beyond by sourcing me bands to help. Highly recommend will never go anywhere else now.

Fantastic deep tissue massage and remedial therapy. Ben thoroughly listens to you and does a proper Assessment. Worked on stretches working out what’s causing me issues. Muscles loosened off and plan in place moving forward. Hoghly recomend. .

Had a Japanese head spa massage by Kayleigh. Absolutely loved it. Kayleigh made me feel very welcome and relaxed in the beautifully decorated and inviting room. Overall experience was brilliant, definitely highly recommended.

I really didn’t know what to expect but Kayleigh put me at ease. The scalp analysis was really interesting comparing before and after the treatment. I felt like I had only been in for 30 minutes but it was actually a hour and a half. The blow dry after was a nice treat as well. Thank you

Shalini was so welcoming and calm, she put my mind at ease immediately, so I could relax and enjoy the experience. The facial massage was amazing and the products had a lovely fragrance. I was really taken aback by the difference in my face and neck after the facial, I was completely depuffed and positively glowing - I would highly recommend it.
