After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. Amazing massage! I’ve had lots of massages all around the world and this one, in my home town, was the best I’ve had. There was real care taken into what I said my problem issues were, massage didn’t feel rushed at all and advice for afterwards and in the future was really well received! I absolutely love my regular visits with Emily 🥰 she always checks whether I’m happy with my brows and adjusts anything I want changing. She uses the best products and creates such a calming and welcoming environment. It always feels personalised for me! I had an incredible scalp, neck & shoulder massage. The heated bed, heated eye mask and essential oils had me drifting off to sleep. Emily got right into my knots and stretched my neck which was just what I needed. The different techniques she used on my scalp, hands and feet were bliss! I want to add these on at every visit! Thank you ❤️
