After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. Can't rate Emily high enough I am so lucky to have found her and right on my doorstep too! Is there nothing she can't do?! My go to for all things beauty now. Just had a wonderful full body massage with foot and scalp add ons and an express facial. All for a fabulous price. I plan on making this a regular treat now!

I absolutely love my regular visits with Emily 🥰 she always checks whether I’m happy with my brows and adjusts anything I want changing. She uses the best products and creates such a calming and welcoming environment. It always feels personalised for me! I had an incredible scalp, neck & shoulder massage. The heated bed, heated eye mask and essential oils had me drifting off to sleep. Emily got right into my knots and stretched my neck which was just what I needed. The different techniques she used on my scalp, hands and feet were bliss! I want to add these on at every visit! Thank you ❤️
