I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

I had a facial with neck and shoulder massage and feel so relaxed. My skin has been really dry and peeling as a result of tretinoin use and my facial was adapted to help combat this - with a custom mixed clay mask included. The scalp massage was lovely and my skin is now glowing!

First time I’ve visited Janice and I shall be coming back again. The back massage I’ve had today was amazing; I’ve been in sports all my life and that’s the best massage I’ve had.

I had my usual massage with Janice coupled with a pedicure and I would highly recommend both treatments. I felt much less tense after the massage and my feet felt really soft and toenails looked lovely. Janice is meticulous about ensuring you are comfortable and relaxed at all times and I'm surprised I didn't nod off after that massage! Thanks once again Janice for the perfect paper session! X

Janice is a pleasure to deal with, you can just tell that she wants every treatment to be a relaxing occasion for the client. I had a lifting facial this time around and it was divine. I glowed for two whole days afterwards and love the fact that it encompassed a scalp and shoulder massage as part of the treatment. This is my second visit to Janice but it will certainly not be my last - in fact I booked a full body massage and pedicure for next month before I left! I already can't wait to visit again!
