Amazing experience! The head spa treatment is fantastic, and includes a lot more than most with foot mask, face mask and neck, shoulder and arm massage included. So relaxing, and a great treat for yourself. Was a little hungover and left my morning appointment completely rejuvenated, new hangover cure!

Hands down, one of the best back massages I've ever received! My whole body feels so much better now. Kathryn was very professional. Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing! I had the pumpkin spiced massage 🎃 this evening and I did not want it to stop! Feeling so relaxed. Kathryn was very professional, and genuinely such a lovely person. My boyfriend also had the same treatment and he also commented how good it was compared to previous massages! Highly recommend and we will be back! 10/10 💆‍♀️
