I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.

Never had a massage before so didn’t know what to expect. Felt strange but good. Heidi was very professional and put me at ease.. Muscles feel more relaxed. Will be going again !

As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a sports massage, I always leave feeling better and looking forward to the next one. She has great knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!

recently went to a new sports massage therapist and it was such a positive change. He immediately made me feel at ease and really helped me relax. What stood out was how much I learned during the session — he explained that I’ve been holding tension and using the wrong muscles instead of engaging my back properly. Even though he was younger than the therapists I’ve seen in the past, he was full of knowledge and shared insights I’d never been told before, despite years of going to others. Overall, it was a great experience, both for how I felt physically and for the valuable information I took

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

Aimee put me at ease and explained what she could do before she started. During the massage I felt very comfortable as Aimee told me what was happening with my muscles and why I was in pain.
