I've been seeing Fiona for a number of years. Initially we were trying to help me meet a specific exercise goal by improving my mobility, but since then she's continued to help me address regular niggles as well as rehabilitating some longer-term injuries. I always feel better and move more freely after I've visited her for a massage. It's always a pleasure to see her and my husband has now also started having appointments to help with his back pain.

I’ve been to Ashleigh for a while and she’s absolutely brilliant- today I went and got massaged by Shannon! and she’s just equally amazing! The Japanese Head Spa was incredible and I would definitely recommend it. Everyone was really lovely on arrival and the atmosphere was super peaceful. There was a range of massages and different techniques used which made the experience really unique. My hair smells and feels amazing, and I feel very relaxed. Also, the chai tea at the end was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely fantastic. I came in with two pinched nerves and disgustingly tight shoulders and after my massage the pain is gone! I now know the difference between a massage you might get at a spa and a REAL massage. This lady truly knows what she’s doing and I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you!

I have visited Ashleigh for many years!, and if you book in with her you will totally understand why. I would honestly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Fiona was fantastic. Made me feel at ease with a persistent knee injury which I was starting to give up hope in fixing. Comprehensive check through to find the causes, good massage and thorough plan sent through afterwards. Highly recommend!
