I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa today with Heidi. A totally relaxing treatment leaving my scalp and hair in great condition. Also includes a massage for arms, neck and feet. I left the salon feeling totally chilled. I'm happy to highly recommend both the treatment and Silk Beauty and Wellness Clinic.

I feel I need to share an amazing treatment I have just had which is totally unique and one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few!) Heidi was amazing!! I thought a Japanese Head Spa would consist of a scalp massage and treating my hair to lots of nourishing products. It is that,but so much more! I loved the ambient dark room with flickering candles and relaxing background music. After a wonderful scalp massage and nourishing my hair with some beautifully smelling products, Heidi gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage followed by a refreshing foot scrub

Treated my mum for a mother's day gift to the ultimate de-stress spa pamper. This involved a Indian head massage, facial , sinus massage and finished with the Japanese head spa. My mum absolutely LOVED it and said Charlie was very welcoming and fantastic start to finish. We both can't wait to come back - absolutely EXCELLENT ☺️

I had a Japanese Head Spa with Marie and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and I got on really well with her straight away. The whole experience was deeply calming and exactly what I needed. I left feeling not just relaxed, but lighter — like something had shifted for me. I’ve been in a bit of a hard place recently, and this treatment felt genuinely nurturing and restorative. I had my first head spa with Char for my birthday, unfortunately my appointment was cancelled somewhere else on the morning and char was very kind to offer me an appointment at the end of her day to fit me in! The experience was very relaxing with a nice atmosphere , and a nice heated blanket! My mum came in for her first head spa today with Kerry, she enjoyed the experience but the only down side was that Kerry was just a little too talkative in a what was was supposed to be a relaxing treatment.

It was the most attentive, personalised treatment I’ve had! back and scalp massage, facial, and back facial. From the moment I arrived, Beth made me feel completely cared for. Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Charlotte. It was a birthday treat to myself as a busy, working Mummy. Charlotte was amazing ! The back massage and Indian head massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. Charlotte also did a facial rejuvenation and it’s hands down the best massage I have had. Charlotte just knows how to make you feel relaxed and stress free in your own home. It’s a perfect way to unwind and release any tension. Thank you Charlotte!

Had my first visit today to Katies beautiful salon and to meet Katie for the first time for a hot stone massage. The salon is lovely, warm and cosy with pretty little touches to make your whole experience relaxing and unique. I arrived for my appointment after a 10 hour day at work Katie melted the tightness and tension i was experiencing in my muscles away from head to toe.
