My massage was WONDERFUL. Patrice arrived promptly and set up with ease. Calm, organised, and clearly experienced. It was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The pressure and intensity were perfect for my body, and she worked through every knot with such precision. The jaw massage was a first for me, and it released so much tension I didn’t realise I was holding. My temples and head also received thoughtful attention, which made the whole experience even more restorative. Overall, it was a deeply relaxing and effective recovery massage. I highly recommend Still Waters MK.

I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

My muscle tension in the neck and shoulders has improved dramatically, and even my ear ringing (tinnitus) has gotten about 90% better after a few sessions. Nicky has an incredible ability to identify and work on problem areas — she found all the knots around my spinal C1–C2 area and released them perfectly. Now everything feels smoother, my muscles are relaxed, and my overall energy feels restored.

Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.
