Review for Nicky – Thai Massage (by Karthik) I’ve had several Thai massages before, but this one with Nicky has truly been the best experience ever. My muscle tension in the neck and shoulders has improved dramatically, and even my ear ringing (tinnitus) has gotten about 90% better after a few sessions. Nicky has an incredible ability to identify and work on problem areas — she found all the knots around my spinal C1–C2 area and released them perfectly. Now everything feels smoother, my muscles are relaxed, and my overall energy feels restored.

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! We ha a truly wonderful experience at Ruen Thai! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. Had Caci at another salon in Milton Keynes before lockdown and it was awful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but Beauty Secrets. Gave advice and not pushy at all. And after one treatment I feel really pleased and can see the difference which is a major feel good. Looking forward to my next appointment

Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.
