Best massage in Manchester she truly have healing hands and a technic she learned from her family. I come all the way from Yorkshire and drive 1h one way to reach her that’s how good she is. You can feel the ancestral power in her technic and the passion she puts in her work. She is gifted and you will come out light as a feather. I had a knot in my back and neck for few weeks and it completely disappeared after only one session. Her price are affordable too. She has the best positive energy and very professional ⭐️ I’m so glad and I feel blessed I find her ❤️ Highly recommended 💕

Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Today was my first visit to Healing Hands and it won't be the last. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Muliana clearly loves her job and is very skilled. I booked for a massage, initially opting for deep tissue, but after discussing we decided that as I have a game to play at the weekend, a medium to firm Thai oil massage would be a more sensible place to start. She asked about any problem areas and worked extra magic on these during the appointment. I 100% recommend Healing Hands Manchester.

I’ve had numerous massages in the past and have never been able to switch off and relax, you know what it’s like, busy mum, working, never stop. I went to see Jordanne because I had a trapped nerve and knots in my shoulder. She worked her absolute magic. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in, got under the cover onto the heated blanket and before I knew it I had fallen asleep and the knot and trapped nerve was gone. I left feeling the most relaxed I have in ages. She is absolute magic.

I always visit ND skin clinic when I arrive into Manchester from New York where I currently live. My skin started off dry and dehydrated and after the hydra facial My skin was glowing! My sister told me it took 5 years off My face! Highly recommend

Best massage ever! It was deeply relaxing and adjusted perfectly to my preferences, and all the knots were gone by the end. I felt refreshed and full of life afterwards. She’s a lovely lady with a great personality, which made the whole experience even better. I booked my next session straight away. I slept incredibly well after, honestly the best one I’ve had in a long time. Really glad I booked it just before Xmas, as I’ve been able to enjoy the holidays feeling calm, relaxed and very zen.

I regularly go for massages and have already had around five sessions, but today’s hot stone massage was on a whole different level. It was absolutely amazing — incredibly relaxing, calming, and deeply relieving. The warmth of the stones combined with the technique helped me fully switch off and release all the tension. It was such a beautiful experience, and without a doubt the best massage I’ve had so far. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for true relaxation. Thank you❤️

Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. I had a massage and facial today. Both treatments were explained fully and aftercare advice given. Sharoon and Natalia were very professional, respectful and made sure I was comfortable and well informed. I had the most relaxing, pampered day and would highly recommend them! I’m already thinking about what to book next!

I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

Jordanne was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease when I got there. Had the lymphatic drainage facial and head massage and it was amazing! My face looked so fresh after it. The head massage was really relaxing fell asleep throughout 😂 Will defo be going back again
