Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! A truly healing session with the wonderfully gifted Clare, highly recommend

This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

I love this salon. I use most of the services here. Biab nails, toes, hair, facials, massages. Services are bang on! Customer service is invaluable all the girls are friendly professional and knowledgeable, I see the girls as family friends. The salon its self is warm, inviting and homely. Nature indoors just relaxing and comfortable taking me away from life and just enjoying self care ❤️

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

Lewis was really friendly and attentive to my needs. Got a thorough massage working all my tight areas and gave me some tips on what do my resolve some of my issues. The service was relaxed and made sure that throughout the session it wasn't too much. I have already booked another session for a couple of weeks!

I’ve used Lucy previously for a sports injury and she did a brilliant job so booked in for a sports massage. I’m coming to the end of a push up challenge as well as weight training and playing padel so my body was full of aches and pains! Left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Wow what can I say, I’ve had massages before but this was something else, thing is it wasn’t a massage it was a relaxation hour ASMR to perfection, honestly from start to finish Georgia made me feel welcome, calm & mainly relaxed .. I suffer with ADHD & anxiety so I was very skeptical of how I was going to be during the hour here but I was so relaxed I fell asleep 🥹 highly recommended & I will definitely be booking again!! Beth was amazing, I struggle from knots in my back and shoulders and she really massaged them out and made me feel really relaxed! I was asked lots of questions to make sure I got the right massage and pressure. I will definitely keep up with having massages.

I recently had the most amazing hot stone massage, and I can honestly say it was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The warmth of the stones melted away tension I didn’t even know I had. Combined with expert technique, every stroke felt deeply therapeutic and soothing. The therapist was incredibly skilled and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The heated stones glided smoothly over my muscles, helping me fully relax while easing deep-seated knots and stress.

I’ve had numerous massages in the past and have never been able to switch off and relax, you know what it’s like, busy mum, working, never stop. I went to see Jordanne because I had a trapped nerve and knots in my shoulder. She worked her absolute magic. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in, got under the cover onto the heated blanket and before I knew it I had fallen asleep and the knot and trapped nerve was gone. I left feeling the most relaxed I have in ages. She is absolute magic.
