I had a wonderful treatment that included pressotherapy, body cavitation, and radio frequency. The experience was both relaxing and effective😍 The space was aesthetically beautiful, with calming essential oils that added a luxurious touch. Lina is an incredibly talented masseuse, she gets it right every single time and I walk away with tension gone in places I didn’t even realise I was holding tension in! The armonia studio is such a tranquil space, you feel relaxed the moment you walk in, the decor is beautiful and it smells amazing! The armonia signature massage is my favourite as it is bespoke to your needs - for example in today’s session we were able to include hot stones, lymphatic drainage, cupping, face massage and more. Probably the best massage I’ve had. It’s not your typical tranquil and relaxing massage-well not if you suffer from severe chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I felt that this place actually cares about their customers, and truly aims to solve the actual issue and truly relieve pain and discomfort. I left feeling so much lighter as well as knowing what is going on with my body. Personally for me my experience will be different to those who do not have any real issues and are looking for a great massage. You can definitely get that here and more.

Michael has been excellent over the last ten weeks providing excellent massages in preparation for London Marathon, has sorted out any niggles or pain very quickly. Highly recommended and will use him for many years to come, a 10/10 service.

Nuch was really good. I cannot say it wasn’t painful but at the end I’m much more relaxed than a traditional relaxing massage. Definitely recommend it.
