Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience, it was great to finally find a peaceful location in London with no background noise. Nancy’s gives a powerful massage and was really helpful giving knowledge towards my injury. I had a quick facial and some of my wrinkles have gone! I will be booking again ❤️❤️

The best wedding prep experience! Elle booked me in for a pre wedding legs detox and sculpt session. I’ve always had a few problem areas on my legs that have left me a little self conscious, so thought that I should give lymphatic drainage massage a go. I was so relaxed and could feel the toxins flushing out of my legs. They felt lighter, sculpted and so much smoother. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited to get my wedding dress on now! I had pregnancy reflexology with Emily and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! She was so warm and welcoming, really attentive to any needs and clearly very experienced and skillful in terms of the actual massage and reflexology. The environment was so comfortable and calming, and I found the whole treatment incredibly relaxing. She also gave me techniques to take away to continue with at home. I will certainly be back!

Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Wow where do I start. I had the Full Works treatment and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Anna is incredible - truly exceptional service with exceptional products - her knowledge is second to none. Everything from the lift and sculpt hands-on massage, to the use of the Gua Sha & LED and so much more that I can’t list as I was so relaxed, left my skin feeling and looking AMAZING. I have never had such a relaxing and thorough facial than this & I have different kinds of facials in London on a regular basis. It’s worth every penny. I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Juh is amazing. He knows how to cut your hair and style it that matches you as a person and he cares! I am very picky about my hair and knew immediately that I could trust Juh with it (which is very hard to find!). What an incredible experience! Elle was so knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. The massage was firm yet deeply relaxing, you can literally feel the tension melting away.
