Really positive experience with Kirstie, she came highly recommended and I can see why. She talked through what she was doing in detail and at all times I felt at ease and she was applying the right amount of pressure. I’ve had some massages in the past that have been really uncomfortable all throughout so this was a really refreshing experience and in a relaxing environment. She’s given me some advice on things to do and avoid after the session. Have already booked in next session and feel a bit better already - thank you!

What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

I’ve been to Collective Beauty by Design twice recently. Both times it’s been a wonderful experience. Corinne is Fabulous! Very warm and very experienced. She talks you through everything before she starts and does an amazing massage at the end. The salon is gorgeous. Wonderful relaxing hands on facial. Catherine uses just the right amount of pressure to lift and massage the facial muscles together with the décolleté, shoulders, neck and arms. I felt cosseted, comforted and thoroughly cleansed.

The invoice is incorrect albeit the payment was and taken. The therapist was lovely and my massage and body scrub were really nice albeit I was surprised that no massage was performed or the scrub applied on my tummy/torso area or across the top of the front of my neck ( not what I’m used too) just wondered is that standard for you for this not to happen on the tummy area? The facial was amazing and Abby was great.

I couldn’t recommend Emmalie enough, the Indian head massage and reflexology were both so relaxing, i could feel my stress and anxiety melt away - i could feel a lot of tension in my neck and head and i honestly felt like a different person when i left. I called my mum immediately after leaving and told her to book herself in straight away.
