I had such an amazing experience! The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep twice. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, just how I like them. Polly was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and completely at ease throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with both treatments. I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

My massage with Palma was wonderful. I hold a lot of stress and tension in my upper back, neck and shoulders, so she focused on these areas. The massage itself was intense, but I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. I've been having trouble sleeping, but the night after my massage was the best night of sleep I'd had in weeks.
