I had an absolutely brilliant lymphatic drainage massage with Oksana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was exceptional — gentle yet very effective — and I could genuinely feel the difference in my body immediately after the session. I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.
