Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. I had a very good massage — the therapist was skilled, attentive, and really helped relieve my tension. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but the therapist truly tried to keep me warm, which I appreciated. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would have been perfect.
