I had lymphatic drainage massage with Mia yesterday. Mia is amazing 👏 she makes time ro answer any questions, explains the treatment in depth, recommended diet lifestyle changes and supplements to help my conditions. Nothing was rushed, the treatment was absolutely 💯 blissful! I have had many massages but this one was the best by far. I slept the best i have in a long time, feel less heavy and puffy. Mia is very knowledgeable and talented, she has magic hands! Would definitely recommend and I can not wait to return soon. 🩷

Absolutely amazing experience. I booked a one-hour massage and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Paula was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I was holding tension. The space was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

A fabulous day yesterday with Dawn. The salon is warm & welcoming with a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere with a fab team :) lots of lovely hot drinks and I watched a Christmas film while I had a relaxing hair & scalp treatment :) Dawn was amazing after listening to my ideas & problems with postpartum hair she created the perfect colour & style and I feel amazing ! Thankyou so much Dawn! looking forward to my next visit !

She’s very knowledgeable and clearly knows how to target problem areas effectively. The environment was calm, relaxing, and comfortable, and she’s always friendly and professional. I had the most amazing back, neck and shoulders massage and I honestly feel like a new person! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the whole experience was just what I needed. The treatment itself was incredible. The perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation. Had a full body massage coupled with an express Neal Yards facial….perfect combination and the bewitching thing Lindsey did massaging the eyes during the facial meant I fell into a deep sleep walking myself up snoring and apologising …little did I knew she had left the room!! This afternoon I have enjoyed a sublime full body massage together with an anti ageing mini facial. As they say on Strictly Come Dancing.....A-MAZ-ING! Mia is so knowledgeable, experienced & a dedicated professional therapist. The pressure applied felt so therapeutic..the quality of the products used & aroma was heavenly. I feel so relaxed & yet very sprightly too when I left. So lucky that Mia is in Llandudno as the treatments I have enjoyed since last year have made a tremendous difference to my physical health & wellbeing. Thank you Mia, you are simply the best. Ceri is a lovely friendly lady putting you at ease straight away. The room is very calming and gives a relaxed atmosphere. The massage was fabulous getting to all the niggling aches that have been an issue for a while. I would thoroughly recommend Ceri to anyone with back issues or even to just treat yourself to some ‘me’ time.

Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself. Today I recieved the Pressotherapy and - WOW! It was amazing. The room was comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and attention to detail. I received a head massage during the Pressotherapy, and felt overwhelmingly relaxed. Following my treatment I was warm all day, relaxed and felt light throughout my legs. A truly beneficial treatment.

I visited Mia for a back massage today. I can only say thank you, thank you! I have had chronic musculoskeletal issues for the last 40 years, due to an underlying connective tissue condition.I have visited countless therapists but none have really helped. Mia was able to find all the problem areas and provide both a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in musculoskeletal issues and combines this with the luxurious experience of a spa massage. I left feeling listened to,with my issues identified and very relaxed!I very much look forward to my next massage!

Wow, what can I say. Jo made me feel so relaxed in a restful environment. The head spa was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever had. Lovely scented products. The massage, well, I could happily sleep for the rest of the day. The soothing heated massage bench was a very unexpected pleasant experience throughout. I had a wonderful facial. Also a hand massage. I’m really relaxed. If you’re looking for a Japanese head spa, then this is the place for you. I’m definitely going back for more.

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Amazing sports massage! Very welcoming and lovely room made to feel very relaxing with heating and comfy massage bed!! Will definitely be going back again!

I had a Japanese head massage recently and it was a wonderfully calming experience. The therapist was lovely, gentle, attentive, and very skilled. She took into account my scalp sensitivity, adjusting the treatment to suit my needs. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and helped ease the itchiness I often struggle with. By the end, my scalp felt soothed and much more comfortable. A truly relaxing treatment that also provided real relief, highly recommend.

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!
