Lovely professional and caring young lady - makes you feel so relaxed and welcome and gives the best sports massage I’ve ever had - she really listens to to where you are feeling the muscle tightness and concentrates in that area then follows up with advice on how to help ease the stiffness/pain at home - wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found this diamond sports massager

The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

The service I received from Verity was top notch from start to finish! I arrived late to my appointment and was frustrated, Verity instantly assured me that everything was totally fine and made me feel at ease as soon as I got through the door which I appreciated so much! The massage was done professionally and to a great standard, great value for money.

Ceri was very welcoming on arrival and throughout the treatment. She made me feel at ease and took an interest in making sure I felt comfortable at all times, explaining the muscles she would work after learning where I needed attention. Prior to today I was very worried having a stranger massage me as I have body confidence issues but at all times I felt at ease by Ceri’s work and her lovely, professional manner throughout. A fantastic experience, not just for relieving leg muscles which are no longer tight and tense after today but also helping clear my mind and de-stress. Highly recommend.
