On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to have a full body hot stone massage with Lois. I went into the dark, cosy and warm treatment room with my shoulders and back totally tensed up and tight and came out feeling as if my limbs were not attached to my body, I was so very relaxed. I asked for a firm massage and that's what I got; it wouldn't be for the faint hearted but I totally loved it. Lois did check in to see if the pressure was ok and if the stones were too hot so I could have asked for adjustments at any time. Diolch Lois, I shall be booking with you again soon x

The thought of walking into a massage spa has always scared me, being seen and handled in my underwear filled me with dread, however, I needed a sports massage and Paula was my go too. Paula is very easy going and laid back and I was made to feel relaxed and welcome immediately. The room was warm and cosy with plenty of towels so I didn’t feel exposed at all. Paula concentrated on my back, neck and shoulders, I felt like I was on a cloud leaving, Paula knew exactly what was needed and had the strength to get deep into the affect areas, she even showed me and explained what the issues were.

Great! I have been going to Verity for nearly 12 months , it has helped relieve the issues I was having with my back. The initial cupping treatments I had were a great success and the massage sessions really help loosen up my back and shoulders and have help stave off a return of the chronic problems I was suffering. She is great company as well !
