Paula is amazing at what she does. I booked a sports massage for neck and shoulder pain and felt a noticeable difference afterward. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly knows how to target problem areas effectively. The environment was calm, relaxing, and comfortable, and she’s always friendly and professional. The thought of walking into a massage spa has always scared me, being seen and handled in my underwear filled me with dread, however, I needed a sports massage and Paula was my go too. Paula is very easy going and laid back and I was made to feel relaxed and welcome immediately. The room was warm and cosy with plenty of towels so I didn’t feel exposed at all. Paula concentrated on my back, neck and shoulders, I felt like I was on a cloud leaving, Paula knew exactly what was needed and had the strength to get deep into the affect areas, she even showed me and explained what the issues were.

I had the declor aromatherapy facial with Mandy, which is amazing. It is an hour of pure relaxation, the products smell amazing. You start with a back massage and then arm massage and facial. I would highly recommend this treatment and the salon. We all deserve a treat and an hour to relax, you won't be disappointed.

This was my second appointment with Tammy and as before, she was bright and smiling when she met me. She listened as I explained what I wanted that day, so we were both happy before she got to work. Tammy was very thorough throughout, making sure I was happy. She is attentive, listens and then does what is asked. I am so happy with my new hairstyle, I can't stop touching it and looking at it! I feel like the best version of myself now. I live on Anglesey but it is worth travelling to Colwyn Bay for a great haircut. Thank you, Tammy and the team! See you again.

A fabulous day yesterday with Dawn. The salon is warm & welcoming with a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere with a fab team :) lots of lovely hot drinks and I watched a Christmas film while I had a relaxing hair & scalp treatment :) Dawn was amazing after listening to my ideas & problems with postpartum hair she created the perfect colour & style and I feel amazing ! I had an amazing experience! The salon is beautiful, the vibe is so relaxed and friendly. I would highly recommend Dawn & Co to anyone wanting hair services. It was such a pleasure meeting Tammy. She is a very talented young woman and I love my colour and curly style. She is a treasure.

Paula was so lovely, and her treatment room was soo beautiful and cosy, she went above and beyond with my massage. I had booked in for a leg massage to mange pain in my hip, pre hip replacement. But had woken up the day before with pain in my chest and shoulder. So Paula, did some work on it and the pain dissolved, amazing, I highly recommend Paula she is very professional and very good, and I have booked to go back next month 🥰

I had a sports massage session with Paula and I can honestly say it was one of the most effective treatments I’ve ever had ❤️. I highly recommend all nurses and carers that have back pain and sore shoulders and want instant relief , skip the regular massage and go here !. It was the best choice I ever made. Paula is a lovely lady and is very talented, knowledgeable and highly skilled, definitely gets a 5 star from me 🥰!.
