Had a lovely massage with Lynn, she managed to get my knots out of my shoulders and tried reflexology for the first time, which I would definitely recommend and have done again. Felt so relaxed and zen when I walked out, mission accomplished. Thanks very much Lynn xx

Suffer with neck back and shoulder pain due to my job. Booked in with Lisa and told her to do whatever style of massage she thought I needed. I had a combination of deep tissue massage, gui sha massage and dry cupping. Looking forward to feeling the benefits of this over the next few days. Will definitely be booking in for more treatments. Today I had a pregnancy massage and it was just what I needed. I asked for medium to firm pressure as I get lots of knots in my back and neck and that's exactly what I got. It was relaxing but with the satisfaction of feeling the knots reducing. Thank you so much!

Kamila performs a thorough sports massage - it’s not relaxing, but the difference post treatment is worth every penny. She is passionate about her profession and always asks the right questions. This is my third visit and I will definitely be returning for maintenance purposes.
