It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. The setting is clean, calm, and comfortable, and I had a relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment. I felt less tension on my shoulder, head, and neck after the treatment. Highly recommended x

I got a deep tissue massage and it was just what I needed. Nicki made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me before hand and made me feel at ease. Nicki made things super comfortable and calm. I came in for a deep tissue back massage because of some back pain I've been having recently. I booked in with Forest Massage Therapies for a 45 mins deep tissue massage having had long term shoulder and neck pain. Nicki is highly professional and the suite is perfectly clean and hygienic. As good if not better than any spa massage I have had at a much more affordable price. Nicki found and got rid of knots I wasn't even aware of and gave great aftercare tips and cold bottled water. Highly recommend.

My first time visiting Nicki but it won’t be my last! Wonderful back, head and foot massage, sure I fell asleep at one point. Nicki is lovely and and great at her job. Looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely deep tissue massage

Today was my first visit to Nicola at Forest Massage Therapies, but it won't be my last. The reiki that I had was the most relaxing hour I've ever spent. I felt so calm afterwards, and Nicola explained how my healing had progressed, and how certain areas of the body had received the treatment. All in all a great experience and good value for money.
