Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

Mia was amazing as she always is. I got abit nervous with one of the treatments but she kept me calm and as relaxed as I could be. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face I adore her❤️ thanks so much Mia see you soon
