I’ve been seeing Philippa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her lymphatic massages are amazing — she has such a gentle yet powerful touch and a deep understanding of how the body works. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated and tense. What I really appreciate is the professionalism and genuine care for her clients. She always takes the time to check in, listen, and tailor each massage. It’s clear she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I cant recommend her enough!

Was feeling a little under the weather before and so I was sleepy and very relaxed thought out the lymphatic drainage. Lovely relaxing music, a heated blanket, darkened room and Gillian’s expert touch. Would recommend.

Another great deep tissue/sport massage at Remedy Room West. Phillipa has a brilliant set up, a lovely warm, relaxing space, with gentle but proper music to zone out to (none of the waves lapping/birds tweeting nonsense!). She tailors each massage to my needs and preferences and has helped me manage some annoying sports niggles too. Highly recommended.

I saw Phillippa for massage just before and just after completing the West Highland Way and Ben Nevis. She is a truly lovely human who made me feel immediately comfortable and she clearly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She also gave me the best massages I have ever had (and I've had plenty!). She manages to get exactly the spots that need it and I left feeling better immediately. I wish I could bring her back to Australia with me!

Kara really knows what she is doing-came out after an intense back neck and shoulder massage feeling like i was was walking on air-especially my neck and shoulders-felt i could move them without any pain -been having headaches throughout the week-with the tension in my neck-actually could feel it lifting!!!would 100% recommend Kara.

I had a massage with Gillian and it was honestly outstanding. From the moment it started, it was clear she really understands the body and how to read what it needs. The pressure was spot on throughout, firm enough to properly work out tension but never uncomfortable, and perfectly balanced with a deep sense of relaxation. What really stood out was how effortless it felt to switch off. Gillian creates a calm, reassuring atmosphere and her technique flows so naturally that you feel completely at ease. Absolutely wonderful!

Where to start? Firstly, I’m a Manique OG customer and the salon is stunning. I’d met Gillian a few times prior to booking and she’s just a lovely person with an amazing energy. Gillian’s set up is so lovely and welcoming. I’ve been for a few massages over last year. I haven’t been back. My first massage with Gillian was a completely differently experience. Gillian talks you through what she is going to do before she starts, so you are fully away of what and why. Gillian is so good at reading what your body needs. I cannot wait to get back. I’m beyond relaxed!

Wow, excellent massage. Phillipa is so knowledgeable and professional. She targeted all my problem areas and really madeva difference.
