Shabana was excellent from the minute I arrived. Had a chat about how appointment would work and about hot stone massage. Felt at ease. Massage was amazing. Wasn't what I expected from hot stone massage. Was first time for this. Definitely won't be my last. Lovely calm setting and some mindfulness to begin with really set the tone for a relaxing visit. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. Very attentive. This lady is an inspiration. Thank you xx

Great! Stephanie was fantastic and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a deep tissue massage as I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain. I felt instant relief and I will definitely rebook.

I regularly have massages but I can honestly say my Swedish massage with Marie was the best! Marie took the time to talk to me first and find out my individual needs. I’ve been seeing Philippa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her lymphatic massages are amazing — she has such a gentle yet powerful touch and a deep understanding of how the body works. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated and tense. What I really appreciate is the professionalism and genuine care for her clients. She always takes the time to check in, listen, and tailor each massage. It’s clear she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I cant recommend her enough!

The therapist was very good explaining the process to.me, checking if I would be ok with brief meditation to begin and explaining the purpose of this. I thought the set up of the space to be exceptionally professional and the environment v much helped me to relax. I almost immediately felt relief from the head massage manipulation, clearing / draining my sinuses. I slept very deeply for 15 hr afterwards and I am conscious of my need to rest for the next few days. I will definitely book this again regularly

Kelly is such a lovely person and goes out her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've had lots of treatments and they are honestly fantastic. I like deep pressure applied for massage and as always this is provided however if I'm just booking for relaxing massage again this is what Kelly does it's very person centred.

I had a 60 minute massage by Rebecca today and it was absolutely amazing!! It was so relaxing and Rebecca was lovely, friendly and created a really calm, comfortable environment. I will definitely be back, this was a fantastic experience :)

Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊

Another great deep tissue/sport massage at Remedy Room West. Phillipa has a brilliant set up, a lovely warm, relaxing space, with gentle but proper music to zone out to (none of the waves lapping/birds tweeting nonsense!). She tailors each massage to my needs and preferences and has helped me manage some annoying sports niggles too. Highly recommended.
